Client Success Stories

John Bowen from JB Investigations recently investigated our daughters cheating husband… At last now our daughter believes our suspicions and she has the evidence and photos to leave him and move on with her life, thank God and thanks to John Bowen, he really knows his job and what he is talking about

Shirley P. / Niagara Park

I recently had a strong suspicion that my girlfriend was cheating on me. I engaged JB Investigations to conduct surveillance on her for a week and found out, sadly, that she was cheating. I feel that it was money well spent as the lies could stop and I can move on with my life without her. I can recommend JB Investigations very highly

Andrew B / Maitland

JB Investigations recently conducted on investigation for us regarding an internal theft from our company… John Bowen from JB Investigations was just great, his Policing experience was what we needed. John got the evidence for us about the employee and we were then able to sack this person and report the matter to the Police, thanks to John.

Joan S / Charlestown

I have just used JB Investigations to help me find my step father. John did find him after a pretty long and involved search and some good legwork by him around the countryside. John updated me and gave me the choice of continuing or not, which was great. John is very easy to deal with, you think he is part of the family sometimes, thanks again.

How it works

How a Confidential Enquiry Usually Starts

A sensible first step should reduce confusion, not add to it. The process is designed to keep the issue clear, practical and proportionate.

1

Start with a confidential enquiry

A short first conversation usually helps narrow the concern, the location involved and the level of urgency.

2

Clarify the facts that matter most

The focus stays on what actually needs to be established, rather than broad assumptions or unnecessary work.

3

Choose the most suitable investigation route

Surveillance, background checks, tracing, family law support or another service can then be matched to the situation.

4

Receive practical reporting and next-step guidance

Clear updates and usable reporting help you decide what to do next with greater confidence.

Frequently asked questions

Can I speak with someone confidentially before deciding what service I need?

Yes. A brief confidential conversation is often the most useful starting point when the issue is still unclear or several investigation options may fit.

Do you only take on matters in New South Wales?

The public service scope for the site is limited to the listed NSW towns and regions. Keeping coverage focused helps set realistic expectations from the start.

What kinds of matters are commonly handled?

People usually enquire about surveillance, background checks, infidelity concerns, family law matters, workplace issues, fraud concerns, tracing and other sensitive fact-finding matters.

Can solicitors, businesses and private clients all use the same contact path?

Yes. The first enquiry can come from a private client, solicitor, business or another professional contact, then the matter can be directed into the most suitable service.

Do I need to meet in person before getting help?

Not always. Many matters begin with a phone call or email so the concern, the NSW location involved and the likely next step can be discussed first.

What should I have ready before making contact?

A short timeline, the town or region involved, any urgent dates and a brief explanation of what needs to be clarified are usually enough for an effective first conversation.

Need Confidential Private Investigation Support Across NSW?

A short private conversation can often turn uncertainty into a clearer plan, whether the matter is personal, legal or workplace-related.
